Donque Cochran, LCSW/LICSW, CAC II, CSAC
Early in my life, I recognized my ability and desire to help others. I wanted to work in a profession where my goals were purpose-driven and I could be myself. I desired to be a change agent to help others grow, while honing my skills and reaching my full potential.
I choose to supervise because I want to be the kind of supervisor that I did not have. I have self-invested in my career to make sure that the individuals I supervise will have a solid foundation. Under my supervision, individuals are able to grow into future leaders.
The social work profession has helped me grow into a highly competent professional. I hope that new professionals are able to grow and come to realize their full potential. I hope new professionals recognize that they must immerse themselves fully into the profession and the communities they serve.
